Camden Council's Publication Guide

In accordance with section 18(a), 20 and 21 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA), Council must have a Publication Guide which:

  • describes Council's structure and functions;
  • the way the functions affect the public;
  • the ways the public can participate in policy and exercise of functions;
  • the kind of information held;
  • the information that is publicly available;
  • how Council will make it available; and
  • whether it is free of charge.
