Council provides financial assistance to not-for-proft community groups and organisations providing services and orograms to residents. The following programs are available: 

• Community Small Grants Program (Annual)
• Support for Young Persons Special Achievers (Applications open all year)

• Civic Centre Cultural Performance Subsidy (Annual)
• Annual Subsidy Program (Annual)
• Donations for Charitable Purporses Donations for Charitable Purposes (Applications open all year)
